GENERAL:
Android Car Radios Online Shop does not always keep all of its inventory on hand at our dispatch facilities. As a result, some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ facilities, ordered or manufactured after we receive your order, and then delivered to us for shipping. If this happens, you will be informed.
Orders will be processed between 7 and 10 working days after payment has been received, subject to availability, and shipping confirmation will be provided once the order has been processed, together with any necessary waybill information.
The provision of goods and services by Android Car Radios is subject to availability. In rare circumstances of non-availability, Android Car Radios shall inform the customer and credit the customer in full within 15 days either through a credit amount on the online store or by a return to the customer’s bank account (Proof to be supplied). The client will have the final say in this. Client cancellation of orders will result in a 10% administrative fee. If the products are unused, still in their original packing, and undamaged, returns will be accepted within 7 working days; otherwise, the refund policy will apply. If applicable, give information on damaged, unwanted, or returned goods.
DELIVERY:
Delivery shall be carried out upon signature by the Customer, or his representative, or upon physical delivery of the equipment to the Customer. If for any reason no such documentation is signed, legal delivery shall coincide with actual physical delivery or collection of the goods to or by the Customer. All delivery times are estimated and the Customer acknowledges that time is not of the essence.
PAYMENTS:
When purchasing any equipment from Android Car Radios, the full purchase price is due upon order. When purchasing from stock on hand or upon delivery of any equipment in stock, the full purchase price is due at the time of collection or delivery. All prices quoted, are Inclusive of VAT and all prices quoted Exclude delivery and installation, unless it is stated otherwise
OWNERSHIP:
The equipment shall remain the absolute property of Android Car Radios until such time as the Customer has made full payment.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Signature by the customer on this agreement gives rise to a binding contract. In the event of cancellation of the order by the Customer, the following terms and conditions shall apply: Prior to collection or delivery of equipment, the Customer will be liable for payment of 25% of the purchase price. There can be NO cancellation after collection or delivery of equipment.
INSURANCE:
The risk in the goods will pass to the Customer upon physical delivery being affected to the Customer
WARRANTY:
All Units sold Under this agreement is limited to 1 (one) year manufacturer’s warranty. Android Car Radios will attempt to repair the unit locally under the guidance of the manufacturer, should the unit not be repairable locally the standard manufacturer’s warranty will apply. All Units are imported into South Africa and as such the customer will be liable for all shipping costs to the manufacturer in order to repair the equipment under warranty. The manufacturer or Android Car Radios will be liable for the shipping fees on return to South Africa. The warranty covers all hardware supplied. Without admission on any liability in the event of any harm, any indirect, direct, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, any loss or expenses whether foreseeable or not, arising from any defect, failure or hazard arising from the manufacture, supply or installation of the product. Any warranty in terms of this agreement is void if the client has subjected the part, or the goods or property in which it was installed, to misuse or abuse; and does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, having regard to the circumstances in which the goods are intended to ordinarily be used. Due to the fact that some units provide the user with freedom to add / delete / modify software and files, the software on Android and certain Windows units are not covered under warranty and will be charged a standard labour fee to reload
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Returns or refunds will only be considered within 7 days of purchase, only in original condition and packaging and only for material defects. Installation fees cannot be refunded.
IMDEMNITIES:
The Customer hereby indemnifies Android Car Radios in respect of any claim of whatsoever nature or howsoever such claim arises.
GENERAL:
The terms and conditions contained herein constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and no amendment or variation or consensual cancellation shall be of any force and effect unless reduced to writing and signed by the Customer and Android Car Radios.
